DESIGNATION PROGRAM CAMPAIGN.

This public relations campaign was created for the National Association of Credit Management's Designation Program. The overall goal of this campaign was to promote NACM's six different designations, as offering a designation is what sets NACM apart from competitors. The following documents represent the work that I have created to develop this public relations campaign, all compiled into one campaign book. The communication tactics utilized throughout this campaign are presented below. 

Press Release

An example of a press release. This external tactic promotes the Annual Conference in connection to the Designation Program. It promotes a newsworthy topic to audiences.

Client Research Report

The initial planning document of the campaign. This document provides vital information on the company as well as an introduction to the campaign.

​

Fact Sheet

An example of a fact sheet. This visually appealing document provides important information about the brand, while also increasing brand credibility and awareness.

​

Social Media Posts

Examples of posts to be distributed over Instagram and Twitter. Allows for easy-to-comprehend content to be posted in an educational and entertaining manner. 

​

Flyer

An example of a flyer. This document provides essential information for viewers to become involved, while incorporating quotes and appealing visuals for that personal connection.

​

Feature Story

An example of a feature story. This 1000-word story caters to those who prefer examples of real-life experiences and a personal connection. This spotlights a recent participant of the program.

​

Evaluation Report

This report examines and evaluates how to understand the success of each tactic presented throughout the campaign. 

​

Client Speech & Presentation

This example of a speech and presentation introduces audiences to the Designation Program through the use of a seven to 10 minute informative address. 

​

Client Campaign Book 

The final document that is presented to NACM. It provides an overview of the entire campaign, includes each tactic used throughout, and briefly explains the point of each.
